Free 30 – 60 minute Consultation:

This is more of a meet and greet to ensure we have a connection and for you to see if I’m the right doula for you.

Birth Package: $1200

2 – 3 Prenatal Visits:

Each visit is about an hour and this is when we continue to get to know each other, discuss your birth plan (I can help you create one, if you desire), the stages of labor, pain management, the fourth trimester and any questions you may have.  We’ll also explore my doula bag and we’ll practice some laboring positions you may use during labor.

Unlimited texting/emailing and phone calls

I like to check in, after each of your appointments with your care-provider.

Labor/Birth Support:

I go on-call at 37 weeks and I remain so until the onset of active labor and for about an hour after the birth of your baby.  I give physical, emotional and informational support as well as verbal encouragement and reassurance.  I stay until the first feeding has happened and you feel comfortable with me leaving.

Fourth Trimester:

I’m available by phone and email during your fourth trimester (the first 3 months after you give birth) for feeding suggestions and any newborn or self-care questions.  I visit you, in your home, usually within one week postpartum.  This visit is to see how everyone is doing, answer any questions you may have about your newborn, discuss how the feedings are going and how your own self care is going as well.  We’ll also go over your birth experience and I’ll offer any additional services, if needed.
